What We Collect
WorksiteJSA collects account details, company or project information, job scope notes, generated packet content, usage records, and uploaded jobsite media needed to provide the service.
How We Use Data
We use this information to create safety packet drafts, manage accounts, provide support, improve reliability, protect the app from abuse, and keep billing or usage records.
We Do Not Sell User Data
WorksiteJSA does not sell user data, jobsite information, uploaded photos, generated packets, or contact details to advertisers or data brokers.
Jobsite Media
Uploaded photos and related notes may be processed by AI providers to generate safety documentation. Raw media retention should be kept as short as practical for the service and may change as the product matures.
Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, billing, contact forms, and AI processing. They are used only to operate WorksiteJSA.
Your Responsibilities
Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. Review generated packets before use and remove sensitive details when they are not needed.
