These terms cover use of WorksiteJSA during its pilot and early product stages.
Use of WorksiteJSA
WorksiteJSA provides AI-assisted draft safety documentation for construction and field teams. You are responsible for entering accurate information and using the service lawfully.
Human Review Required
Generated JSAs, toolbox talks, sign-off sheets, and related materials are drafts. A competent person must review, edit, and approve each packet against actual site conditions, company policy, and applicable requirements before use.
No Professional or Legal Advice
WorksiteJSA does not replace OSHA guidance, a safety professional, legal counsel, engineering review, or employer safety responsibilities.
User Content
You keep responsibility for job details, notes, photos, and other content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
AI Output
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must verify hazards, controls, PPE, and job steps before presenting materials to a crew or saving them as official records.
Service Changes
Features, pricing, usage limits, AI providers, model routing, and pilot access may change as WorksiteJSA develops.
